Need to cancel your appointment?

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment. To cancel a chair massage event you must give a four day written notice via email to info@downloadwellness.com without which a 100% charge applies to ALL non-cancelled appointments, events and spa parties.

To cancel a Embarcadero Oakland or Room Service appointment feel free to text your first and last name, date of appointment and the words “cancel” to 510.328.4098. We will reply back confirming your appointment has been cancelled.
